TriConnect is a freeware PalmOS program for communicating through

dialup (mobile phones) profiles are tried sequentially
- Listen for incoming connections
- Scan neighbourhood
- TCP/IP Internet communications:
- Establish outgoing connections
- Listen for incoming connections
- SSL (Secure Socket Layer) support (outgoing connections only)
- HTTP proxy support (method CONNECT)
- SOCKS proxy version 4 and 5 support
- Proxy authentification support for HTTP and SOCKS
- Serial port communications:
- Send and receive data over RS-232 serial port cable
- Connect at any baud rate
In the commerical advanced edition, TriConnect
offers the following features that you may find useful for your daily
corporate and professional needs:
- Local echo
- Saving of session logs to Memo
- Hex view mode
- Bookmarks for frequently used TCP locations
- Sending special characters by specifying their ASCII codes
this way you may send not only letters, but also ESC and other non-printable characters
- Scripted configurable keystrokes
specify the text to be sent and expected in any sequence; this way, for example, login/password prompt may be implemented automatically to avoid the boring procedure on every connect with your device or telnet location on the Internet
